High-efficiency single-phase Online UPS with zero transfer time, DSP (Digital Signal Processors), a double-conversion inverter and an output power factor of p.f = 0.9. NEOLINE UPS units provide excellent protection for devices and small networks by eliminating disturbances and interruptions in the utility supply. They can be used both at home, to back up devices and systems such as alarms, cameras, electric shutters and boilers, and in business settings, to back up production machinery, servers, small computer networks, communications equipment and more. They have an easy-to-use display for simple monitoring and configuration of UPS functions, and an advanced battery management (ABM) system for fast charging and longer battery life. Add an SNMP card to monitor the UPS remotely; thanks to their Plug & Play design, no electrical installation work is needed.

What warranty do UPS units come with?

All UPS units are covered by a 24-month warranty from purchase and batteries by 12 months, with the warranty registration form completed within 10 days of purchase and a copy of the invoice. The warranty can be extended with a maintenance contract.

Should I switch off my UPS?

All Tescom Hellas UPS series run 24/7 with no need to switch them off.

What is the average lifespan of UPS batteries?

It depends on use and environment. A 10°C deviation from 15-25°C halves battery life. We recommend replacing the batteries every 3 years.

How important is a UPS?

Voltage fluctuations and grid failures can cause damage, data loss or system failure. A UPS supplies power from its batteries, giving you time for a safe shutdown, for a generator to start, or for power to return.

What does a UPS protect against?

Depending on its type, a UPS protects your loads from: loss of power (power outage), overvoltage (short- or long-term), frequency variation, switching transients (momentary interruption), harmonic distortion, and noise (electromagnetic interference).
