With a maintenance contract, your UPS units get a preventive check twice a year and you have technical support when you need it. The three levels differ in coverage, from 8 x 5 to 24 x 7. Basic coverage is usually enough for an office, while 24 x 7 coverage suits critical loads such as data centers and hospitals.
